This policy describes how Rustam Atai, the owner of DashPDF, processes personal data when you use DashPDF at dashpdf.app, the DashPDF API and the DashPDF Grafana plugin.

Data we process
Account data from sign-in (name, email, Keycloak identifiers); linked Grafana instances (name, URL, version, last contact); dashboards your Grafana sends for export (dashboard JSON and the query results needed to draw it); render tasks and their technical logs; schedules and the email addresses of their recipients; email delivery status; your cookie and analytics choice.
Purposes
We process data to sign you in, render dashboards to PDF and PNG, run schedules and email reports, keep the service secure and reliable, and, only if you allow it, measure how the product is used so we can improve it.
Processors
We use hosting and infrastructure providers, Keycloak for sign-in, an outgoing mail provider for report emails, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only with your consent.
Retention
Dashboard data received for export is deleted after 7 days; the record that an export happened stays for your report history. Account, instance and schedule data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for security and legal compliance.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Write to privacy@dashpdf.app.
