Getting Started

DashPDF exports Grafana dashboards and single panels to PDF or PNG. The Grafana plugin sends the export to DashPDF, which renders the file.

What you need

• Grafana 12 or later.
• Access to the Grafana server to install a plugin and restart Grafana.
• A DashPDF account at dashpdf.app.

Steps

1. Sign in at dashpdf.app and download the plugin on the Download page ("Installing the Plugin").
2. Install the plugin in Grafana and enable it.
3. On the Grafana instances page, create an instance token and paste it into the plugin settings ("Plugin Settings").
4. Open Export in the plugin and export a dashboard or a panel ("Exporting a Dashboard or Panel").
5. Optionally, save the export as a schedule ("Scheduled Reports").
