PDF and PNG exports
Whole dashboards or single panels, A4 or Letter.
Works with your Grafana
Variables, mixed data sources and library panels.
Your data stays yours
Only rendered frames leave your network.
How it works
From plugin to finished file in four steps
No renderer to operate, no incoming firewall rule, no Grafana credentials handed to a third party.
Install the plugin
Unzip the archive into the Grafana plugins directory, allow the unsigned plugin and restart Grafana.
Paste a token
Create an instance token on the Grafana instances page and save it in the plugin configuration.
Export
Open Export from the panel menu, the command palette or the dashboard sidebar and choose format, paper and layout.
Schedule it
Save the same export as a cron schedule and the report is emailed before anyone asks for it.
Delivery
The report arrives by email, on schedule
Save an export as a schedule and the finished file lands in the right inboxes — nobody has to open Grafana on Monday morning to make it.
Cron and time zone
0 9 * * 1-5 for weekday mornings, or a shortcut such as @daily, evaluated in the zone you choose.
Recipients live on the schedule
The people who should receive the report are part of the schedule itself — no mailing list to maintain somewhere else.
Silence is never the result
A run that fails tells you why, and three failures in a row pause the schedule instead of quietly sending nothing.

More destinations are on the way
Planned, not available yet — email is the destination you get today.
A folder of your own
Every finished report written into a folder on your side, ready for the archive it already belongs in.
Sharing services
Hand the file to the chat and file-sharing services your team already reads.
S3-compatible storage
Keep the full history in your own bucket — Amazon S3 or any S3-compatible storage.
DashPDF never connects to your Grafana
The plugin running inside Grafana collects the data a report needs and sends it out through a single outbound request. You do not open a firewall for incoming connections, and you never hand over credentials for Grafana or its data sources.
Access control stays on your side; the service receives only the prepared material for one specific export.
